Third space?

I feel a bit silly posting this, but I figure i can't be the only guy wondering.

Where exactly in Gilbert are 30+ single women spending time? I know the unwritten rules about not approaching while their at work or the gym, and i honor those rules.

The notion of a coffee spot is not realistic because 1 how much coffee am I supposed to drink? 2 coffee houses have replaced funky couches and chairs with uncomfortable desks and drive thrus and 3 I don't really drink coffee. Bars seem to be filled with grandpa's or families or 23 year olds doing their thing.

The reason I think I've run into a "dry" spell is I've moved from a majority female industry to an almost all male industry, and I've realized my past good luck came from proximity.

I want to respect boundaries, but I wouldn't mind putting myself in a position to be exposed to new circles/atmospheres.

Ps. I'm fine being single, I'll survive, but company is nice

What makes more sense with contemporary modern music, releasing one song every few weeks or releasing a streaming album of 8-10 songs at once? And why?

Advice for the last 25 pounds needed

I'm 5 10, 48 years old, usa, went from 290 to 210 by cutting calories in half and going to the gym with average weight training about twice a week, sometimes 3. Took about 9 months to get to 210. Went from a 40 waist to 34, size XXL shirt to usually a large. My body seems to respond better to weight training with 2 days rest between muscle groups.

My job is a route style job, where i walk about 7 continuous miles a day 4 days a week. 2nd half of my work day is working with my hands installing mechanical type equipment.

I eat 3 meals a day, averaging 400 to 500 calories a meal. Never had a sweet tooth, but drink one Bang energy drink in morning, diet coke or water throughout the day. Get 7 to 8 hours sleep a night. I barback on the weekends, usually 2 nights, those are 6 hour shifts

I'd like to lose last 25, but realistically would be happy with a 32 waist. I've been at the 210 plateau for maybe 3 months now.

Any ideas?
