PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, CRED, Navi and several other UPI apps all still have millions of users. Why do you think they all continue to coexist, and if a new UPI app came would you actually use it? What feature or benefit would make you switch?

Observation from building at pre-seed:

There’s a big gap between what founders are told vs what actually happens with funding.

Advice 1: “Strong team = you can raise on just an idea.”
Advice 2: “No traction = no funding in today’s market.”

Both can’t fully be true.
