Who got Letterboxd

Hi! Looking for fellow cinephiles at AU.

Like your average AU student I love a good political satire (One Battle After Another is a favorite), journalism movie (I ❤️* Shattered Glas*s), and I like rom coms and musicals too. Add me on letterboxd and let's be friends!!

My @ is iamhanszimmer

Reply or dm me if you have any movie recs!! I'd love to talk and make new friends :)

Thoughts on Hughes hall?

Incoming first-year who will be living in Hughes. What was your experience like? How many people live on each floor? Is there anything specific I should keep in mind when moving in? Besides the Cassell Fitness Center, what else is close by?

Thanks so much to anyone who reads this?

Is it smart to start studying for the LSAT as an incoming college freshman?

Basically what it says in the header. For context I am about to be an Econ major and I want to go KJD.

I know the LSAT can really only be mastered through practice and no outside knowledge is required. To my knowledge it's not like the SAT where you need to take geometry, algebra, etc before being able to understand the math questions. Thus I was thinking about familiarizing myself with the exam now. Is this a common strategy? I don't even know. Would it actually help me get ahead that much in terms of scoring?

Thanks so much to anyone who reads this :))

best dorms? i have every hall open to me

Hi everyone, I am an incoming first-year at AU! Long story short, my roommate and I were assigned to an LLC but the housing is now full and we are working with the Housing team to find an alternative assignment. They are permitting us to find a space on any hall.

We are planning to live in a suite (4 girls sharing 1 bathroom), but honestly, I'm open to other options as well, as long as it's not a communal bathroom option.

Could you guys please lmk which halls are the best?

I would love a nice view, good AC/heating systems, quiet areas, and maybe someplace close to amenities like a gym?

Thank you so much to anyone who reads this :)
