I am looking to start an investment in Kotak nifty next 50 index fund. I have heard bad experiences with the customer care of kotak banks. i was wondering if someone who is invested in the kotak funds tell me how the customer care experience been. and if you could also tell me in your experience which AMCs are good in customer care. I dont want my beneficiaries to have a tough time
I'm looking for advice specifically from people who have a lot more experience than I do. I started investing in May 2024 with the Nifty 50 index fund and Parag Parikh Flexi cap. I have 20-25 years until retirement.

I'm thinking of switching from PPFAS to nifty next 50 index fund because I realised 50 percent of my total money in mutual funds is invested in 15 stocks. The PPFAS has become mostly a large cap stock fund. I understand it brings value investing but the fund manager itself has said to expect lower returns than the past 15 years. Moong to nifty next 50 will ease that concentration.
Secondly - I have some excess cash lying in the bank outside of the emergency fund. I'm thinking of putting it in an Arbitrage fund for around 5 years and then decide what to do with it. The goal is to earn more than what savings account offer and I'll be counting it as part of my debt split. I'll also keep adding money to this to rebalance the split, just in case.
Please tell me if I'm thinking correctly.
I have exemptions for Exam P and Exam FM. I want to write Exam 5 in October. I am from India so the study material gets very expensive (upwards of $1,000) if I convert them to national currency. Can anyone suggest me how to go get the relevant material and a strategy to study? Also, if there is a video link which tells how the exam is conducted, passing criteria, and other things to keep in mind for the exams in general or is it that its clearly available on CAS website but I did not look carefully
