Lynae is used in my hiyuki team so who should i build for my yangyang team?? Rebecca or mortefi?? Or any other character (mortefi is S6 rebecca s0r0)

Also just a general question which 4 stars or chars should i build ? Which are usefull most of the times

i use emerald genesis for yangyang and hiyuki switch one for qiuyuan phasic homogeniser for galbrena and lynae
