I just replaced my rtx 4060 with a rx 9060 xt and followed all the videos to uninstall nvidas drivers and install amds stuff. My issue arises after I’ve completed everything and my pc either says loadlibrary error 87 and works or does what it does in the video below. I’ve tried using ddu to uninstall all gpu drivers and I’ve factory reset adrenaline software, I’ve updated windows and I’ve disabled my integrated graphics, what am I missing?????
(Sat at the screen in the video for 10 minutes idc about clicking too fast that is not an issue here)
