Would either of these be safe/ effective for a starling juvenile that has been sneezing and breathing with an open mouth? If not, recommendations and tips are appreciated.

A starling juvenile that I found today is sneezing/ making quiet “croaking” sounds once in a while, what do I do?
Rescued a starling from my chickens today,
It couldn’t fly and was just hopping around so I took it in.
Need help with a bird that seems like a European Starling. (Washington state)
Today morning I went out to feed my chickens and saw them flocking up on something, I went to inspect and found this bird being pecked on by them. Thankfully, I picked it up on time and it wasn’t injured, at least no injuries to be found except one left wing drooping a little. This guy wasn’t able to fly but was just hopping around a little, I checked around and there was no sign of parents, in fact, I’ve never seen EU starlings in my neighborhood. What should I do with this guy? I read that rehabbing is not an option here because apparently, these birds are euthanized because they’re invasive. Any advice appreciated.
Are these a good/ safe protein source?
For hissing roaches, orange head roaches, and Dubia roaches.
Are these pellets a good protein source?
Used tetra pond sticks before but I want to avoid synthetic colors, what do y’all think of these?
