KOALTY research weird customer service experience.
I just recently ordered from them and the guy has been texting me through the whole process which is nice. I got my order and everything seemed fine but I haven’t tried it yet. Then yesterday I received a second packaged but it was a bigger order and bc I’m not a POS I texted and asked him just to make sure it wasn’t something weird.
He told me he will discount it for $65 or he will send an envelope to send it back….to me, out of principle—I’m highly irritated he would even say that. This was their fuck up —not mine, so technically I shouldn’t have to pay ANYTHING and I could have no said ANYTHING, bc this is not my fault and that’s not how you treat future forever customers. It’s strange and I’m ticked off to be honest, but still trying to do the right thing by letting him know.
Has anyone else experienced this?

**UPDATE2- holy crazy shit balls Batman— the koalty bear is nuts I guess. I had to block his number, you can see our whole conversation in all the post below. I’ve been very honest and transparent with everyone on here and him, and dude is trippin, I don’t have time for that shit and I will gladly spend my money somewhere else. For him to say what he has, like fuck that. I would like to say, this was my experience and I’m actually really damn disappointed lol, because of all the good reviews. I clearly got this guy on bad day, bc at the end of the day— the way he has acted IS wrong in every sense. I’m not in the wrong for that, and I’m sure as fuck not gas lighting anyone and highly pissed off bc this guy ruined my day blowing me up. Hope you guys have a better experience though and good luck!**
Update 3–I’m about to remove the post entirely. Just because I’m not real sure what people will or won’t do anymore and it’s not worth it.
