So I have fibre optic broadband, it streams, downloads and does everything and more with about 300mbps download speed.

My problem comes with my ps5. I'm not getting the speeds on that that I should. Wireless it's around 60 and when I hard wired it, it's about 90.

It's affecting online gameplay and I often get lag and spikes. Is it a ps5 fault or something in my router stopping it?
