Please Help i am trying to get a Pasalo Two storey unit under Pag ibig financing but while talking to the owner she mentioned that she has a Co Borrower on the mortgage now the question is wel it be ok if i assume the mortgage from two persons?

and if both of them will sign a deed of assumption of mortgage plus do they both need to sign for a power of attorney as wel? and in the future when i fullypaid the house do pag ibig release the tittle to me?

any one has these experience??
