i’m 24 F and my gf is 22 as you can guess she’s finishing college and this is what I assumes will be her time for finding who she is, having fun, going out w friends etc. so for context i’ve drank numerous times, have been drunk, smoked weed (not too often it’s not my fave) but to be very transparent I have a nasty habit of vaping that I want to quit. my gf recently got into vaping as well it was something that was only done when she was drunk then she started craving it sober and here we are, it’s been about a couple of months not too long, but everyday nonetheless. that I can’t judge I mean I do it and I hate it wish I never did it and I wouldn’t encourage anyone to.

here’s the problem though is that I wouldn’t do what I PERSONALLY consider, hard core drugs. never would I try coke, acid, etc just not for me. now my gf didn’t start drinking until college, smoking weed occasionally, or vaping all started witching the past 2 years or so. I love her everything is great in our relationship ofc we have our moments but not often. she expressed that her friends wanted to do coke and she said she always wondered what that was like. my immediate reaction was don’t do it, but I feel this almost guilty feeling for telling someone what they can and can’t do. I would never wanna be controlling, so I explained to her later that obvi we both know she’s her own person she can do what she wants but if it’s only once or so I don’t mind. if it became an addiction then I would have to reconsider obviously.

my whole thing is I won’t break up w her over it, idk if i’m feeling crazy for having negative feeling about it if it’s truly just once or what? it’s supposed to happen tn when she’s out w friends and if not now then probs in the next couple of days, but I told her I probs dont wanna know about it, I said it nicely. but I feel like im being a dick idk.

any insight would be great or if anyone had a situation or feeling like this

(also ofc I would worry about the dangers of it god forbid ts was laced or whatever)

only thing I ask is message w ur ASL, but otherwise let’s see if we get along. I play video games, watch anime, have a partner, I love animals, and I like to think i’m pretty funny :)
