Hello, I’m 17 years old, 180 cm tall, and weigh 60 kg. For about 2 years now, I’ve noticed that the right side of my chest sticks out a little. When I went to the doctor, I found out that I have scoliosis with an 8-degree curve. Around 4 months ago, I started swimming 3 days a week, and I’m asking for any advice that could help me.
And how much time i need to fix it
