Be aware... booking com has been hacked again.

I work at a hotel and we have been contacted by clients. They are receiving emails about a supposed refund.

Looking at all the reservations and the information, I see that they are all bookings from Booking.

This shows that Booking doesn't have decent and reliable firewalls and IT protections.

Their service is worsening significantly since they sold off parts of their customer service department.

It seems that they no longer care about their clients or partners as long as they get their commission.
