I have over 50 voice memos of my ex abusing me. I’ve never had the guts to listen to them until tonight and I cannot recall almost every single event. I don’t remember any of what happened in the recordings. It’s so bad it’s like it happened to a different person and I’m hearing it for the first time. Is this normal? Is there a way to regain these memories?
