Had a garden a few years ago but end of last season (or possibly the previous) I let it go and never cleaned out the over growth. Looking to rehab but not sure if I need to start from nothing or if I can just plant and lay down fresh soil?
Plan is for veggies and have typically grown peppers, tomato, lettuces, carrots, cucumber etc.
