Hi everyone, I am using oneplus 13 R from April 2025 and till now got no issues.

But from the last 10 days, I am facing speaker issue in it.

While I am using YouTube or Instagram, suddenly the voice is gone, then I have to connect to my bluetooth earpiece to listen or have to shutdown and switch it on, sometimes it works fine after restart sometimes the sound goes away after 10-15 minutes of usage.

What should I do , I have tried settings reset but didn't work, now the only option I got to do factory reset it.

Any suggestions !!
