I was just recently approved and the website shows a one time SSI payment on 5/18 but I have yet to receive it. How long does it usually take before you actually get the payment?

I had my ALJ hearing 6 weeks ago and the judge told me that as long as I agree to a later disability date (it was only 6 months) that she would give me a fully favorable decision. My attorney and I agreed to the date and when I logged into the SSA website yesterday it showed me that I was approved then today when I looked at my verification letter it stated that I was approved and gave me my monthly amount but they are taking out for Medicare. I know that this is normal even though I am only 57 but the letter also stated that my Medicare started in December of 2025. Has anyone else received a notice with a retroactive Medicare date and will they take the $200 a month from December till now out of my back pay?
