Supplemental Claim Question
Is everything that was reviewed, including medical records, for my initial claim already in the file for the supplemental claim ... so I don't need them to pull medical records again right?
For more context: I want to select "no" that they don't need to get medical records because the new evidence I'm submitting is a nexus letter from my doctor and an updated personal statement (the old one wasn't even listed in the evidence they supposedly reviewed). There is nothing new that is relevant to the claim in my medical records since the initial claim, so I don't want to waste time (months?) of them pulling and sifting through records for stuff that isn't there.
I feel like the nexus letter and new statement should suffice and they should already have everything else they need. Is it safe to mark 'no' they don't need to get medical records?
