The amount of maintenance this thing needs is insane

Installed Gameball thinking it would run quietly in the background while increasing engagement. Ended up becoming another full time task. Missions stop performing, campaigns need refreshing constantly, rewards lose effectiveness fast, and if you leave it untouched for too long engagement falls off a cliff.

Maybe it works for brands with dedicated retention teams but for a smaller operation it just became exhausting to manage.
