I work at a quilting store, and our technician is stumped. We also called Babylock, and they didn't have much advice. When we start sewing, it sews fine for a few stitches and then bunches up. It's strange that it sews decorative stitches fine, but zigzag is messed up, and occasionally, it bunches on straight stitch. Does anyone have any ideas? EDIT: We've discovered that embroidery works perfectly, it just doesn't sew correctly....
