Dubai-based AI startup founder (Cybersecurity + AgriTech) seeking a co-founder
I'm a Female Tech startup founder based in Dubai working on two AI-driven ventures — one in cybersecurity, the other in agritech. Both are still early-stage, and I'm looking for the right co-founder to build alongside, not just a hire.
What I'm looking for:
- Strong IT/tech background with hands-on AI experience.
- A genuine problem-solver — comfortable navigating ambiguity and early-stage chaos.
- Matching commitment level (this isn't a side-project mindset).
- Complementary skills to mine — if I'm driving vision and business, I need someone technical, operational, or domain-focused (or vice versa); looking for balance, not a mirror of myself.
-Understanding of how startup founding actually works — equity, risk, iteration, the long game.
Open to co-founders in a few different lanes:
- Technical Co-founder – hands-on with AI/ML, able to build and scale the product.
- Operations Co-founder – strong at running the business day-to-day: processes, execution, partnerships, keeping things moving.
- Domain-Expert Co-founder – deep knowledge in cybersecurity or agritech specifically (e.g. a security/compliance background, or agronomy/agri-industry experience) to guide and validate how AI gets applied in that space.
