I’m exploring a HealthTech startup focused on preventive health and regular home diagnostics.

The idea is to make it easier for people to keep track of their health reports over time and stay consistent with their routine health checks, including convenient home sample collection.

I’m currently looking for a co-founder with experience in:

  • Diagnostics / pathology
  • Home sample collection
  • Healthcare operations
  • HealthTech
  • Healthcare partnerships

Having existing connections with diagnostic labs, phlebotomists, or healthcare providers would be a big plus.

Seeking Technical Co-Founder for WhatsApp AI SaaS

Hi there! Solo founder here. I’ve spent the past six months researching, designing, validating and building an AI product for the health and service space. We’re currently pre-seed. I’m leading the product, design and marketing with a UK-based partner focused on the commercial side.

It is complex, with enterprise potential and long-term defensibility. The product is designed to help businesses in specific verticals drive sales and customer loyalty through a WhatsApp AI agent and automation.

The prototype was built in Lovable, with most of the frontend done and half of the backend in place. You would take it through to production, own engineering across backend APIs, integrations and technical support, and work closely with me on the product towards a September- October beta launch.

What we are looking for:

  • Are a senior AI/full-stack developer
  • Must have taken a product from 0->1 and launched it with real users
  • Must have worked on WhatsApp Business API and have a thorough understanding of their compliance
  • Have experience with AI agents or chatbot configuration
  • Are comfortable with sprint planning and backlog ownership.
  • Are commercially minded, communicative and understand the importance of keeping the wider team aligned through clear visibility into development
  • Have experience in healthcare or another regulated industry — a bonus, but not essential

This is an equity-based technical co-founder opportunity, starting with a trial focusing on technical implementation. If it goes well, it will broaden to wider company responsibility. I'm not only looking for technical competency also someone whom I can have a pleasant time working together.

If this sounds interesting, please send me a dm and let's chat!

Startup with traction searches late cofounder for product — equity only

NO AGENCIES! No freelancers. No consultants.

If you know a product person who could be interested in this — please forward 🙏

Searching for a late cofounder to own product management.

Product is a marketplace in tourism.

It is fully bootstrapped and has $6k MRR, growing.

There is no strict plan to raise funding, but we are in touch with VCs and will raise when the moment is right.

Compensation: 15% equity with standard vesting, plus a share of all revenue growth from the day you join. There is no base salary — current revenue goes back into growth. So: the upside you create is yours to share in, from day one. This is for someone who wants ownership, not a job.

If you

  1. want to take ownership,
  2. want to work with people you like,
  3. want to work on something you believe in.

This person should be biased towards action and comfortable talking to users every week. Please ask yourself if you're financially and emotionally ready for that journey. More info will only be provided to people who are.

Have a fantastic day guap@s

Crypto mining setup — idea stage, looking for funding partner (cash+equity)

Who I am: Solo founder, handling execution myself.

What I'm building: A Bitcoin ASIC mining setup. Idea stage — no equipment purchased, no site set up yet.

Traction: ❌ Idea only. Nothing built or validated yet.

What I need: Funding for hardware and setup costs.

Setup plan: ~3x Bitcoin ASIC miners (~200 TH/s each), total hardware cost roughly ₹9-10L. Power draw ~250 kWh/day combined; targeting an industrial/commercial electricity rate to keep running costs down.

Economics: Returns scale with investment — more capital means more hardware and better access to low electricity rates, which directly improves margins. This isn't a quick-turnaround setup — estimated 4-5 months to break-even based on current mining calculators (actual numbers depend on BTC price and network difficulty, will share live profitability figures before finalizing).

Commitment level: Ad hoc / as-needed — roughly 15-18 days a month if/when your input is required, not a fixed weekly schedule.

What I'm bringing: Hands-on execution — sourcing hardware, setup, and day-to-day running of the operation. I'll send a weekly update on progress and status throughout.

Compensation: Cash + equity. Split negotiable based on investment size.

Looking for someone to join us early - 15% equity ( INDIAN ONLY )

We’re building a workforce operations company for blue-collar businesses in India.

The idea is simple: businesses shouldn’t have to spend their time managing workforce problems.

We recruit workers based on business requirements, verify them, maintain their records, track attendance, handle workforce issues and manage the workforce on an ongoing basis.

For workers, we’re building a professional workforce identity - verified experience, work history, skills, attendance and performance - so good workers can build a reputation and access better opportunities over time.

We’re initially entering the restaurants and cafes sector, starting with unskilled workers and helpers. The initial roles are simple operational jobs, with wages starting at ₹500/day + food + stay, depending on the employer and role.

The goal is NOT to become another labour contractor who supplies people and disappears.

We want to build a large, structured workforce network that can make reliable employment more accessible while giving businesses one reliable partner for their workforce.

We already have businesses ready to onboard.

Our biggest problem right now is sourcing the workers for our first batch.

I’m looking for someone who can take complete ownership of workforce sourcing - building local networks, finding genuine workers, coordinating with them and helping us successfully deploy our first batches.

This person needs to be much more than a recruiter. I want someone who wants to build this company with us, believes in the vision and is willing to get their hands dirty at the ground level.

15% equity of the company is available for the right person.

If you’re interested, DM me with:

- Where you’re based

- Your experience/network in workforce sourcing

- What you can bring to the company

- Why you want to build this with us

I’m looking for someone serious about building something big, not another small contractor business.

Looking for a cofounder right now my business Discord is just me and a friend.

I’m 22. My friend and I talk business pretty much every day, and honestly it’s just the two of us in there so far. It’s been useful, but it’d be a lot more useful with a few more people who aren’t each other.

On my end, I can handle most of what a small company needs. Coding in Python, HTML, web design, app design and development, content creation, shooting and editing, plus the finance, business and operations side. So I’m not turning up empty handed looking for someone to do the work.

I’ve also got a few ideas of my own that I’m already working on and could genuinely use help with. And if you’ve got ideas you want to bring, I’m just as happy to put work into those.
Ideally you know your way around AI, or at least really want to learn it. A lot of what I’m building leans on it. I’ve got money to put in on my side, so if we end up building something together we wouldn’t be starting from nothing. Not looking for gurus or anyone selling a course. Just people who want somewhere to think out loud and maybe find a cofounder out of it. Comment or DM me and I’ll send the link. Or just join in my bio

Building a Small, Serious Team to Build Something Big

I’m working on a new consumer-tech startup, and I’m looking to build a small online team of exceptional people who genuinely want to build something from the ground up.

The idea is simple to explain:

We want to make having a personal assistant accessible to everyday people.

Instead of figuring out which app, website, service, person or company can solve something for you, you should be able to simply tell us what you need - and we take care of the execution.

Think of it as a personal layer between you and all the things you need to get done in the real world.

The vision is much bigger than the first version. We're starting focused, but the goal is to build something that can eventually operate at a completely different scale.

I'm currently looking for people across a few key areas:

- Technical co-founder / engineers - someone who can own and build the technology from 0 → 1.

- Product/UI/UX designer - someone who can turn the vision into a ridiculously good product experience.

- Branding & creative - someone who can help create a brand people actually remember.

- Marketing & growth - someone who knows how to take something new and make people care about it.

I’m deliberately keeping this team small - single digits.

I want 3 - 5 seriously committed people who are willing to put their brains, skills and energy into making this real.

A little about me:

I currently have 3 active businesses, so I’m not approaching this as someone who simply has an idea and is looking for someone else to execute it. I’ll be driving the business, strategy, operations, partnerships and go-to-market.

What I want to build now is an online founding team where everyone has real ownership and a meaningful role in bringing this to life.

If you're someone who looks at an early-stage idea and thinks “I want to build this” rather than “I wonder if someone else will”, I'd love to hear from you.

Tell me what you do, what you've built, and what role you think you could own.

Let's see if we can put together a ridiculously good little team.

Looking for a US-based cofounder, ideally in Colorado

I’m building an ecosystem of AI-native products focused on compliance, risk, and assurance, and I’m looking for the right person to build it with me.

We already have two live products under a parent company, beta users, early traction, and a much bigger roadmap around vendor risk, audit/evidence, risk intelligence, and AI governance. So this is beyond the idea stage. I’ve been building the products and driving the domain/product side, and I’m particularly interested in finding someone strong in GTM, sales, partnerships, fundraising, or generally getting early-stage products in front of the right people.

Ideally you’re US-based, and Colorado would be even better. More important is finding someone entrepreneurial who understands B2B SaaS and gets excited about what AI is going to change in compliance and risk.

This would be a true cofounder/equity conversation as opposed to a job posting. If this sounds like you, shoot me a DM. Happy to share what we’ve built and where I think this can go.

My background is a mix of CS, information systems, and a decade in tech risk/compliance, including Big 4 and Fortune 500 experience. I’ve been building the products myself and know the problem space pretty deeply.

Ciao!

Social Media Management Company - In need of a co-founder

Hey! I'll make this brief.

My name's Noah. I'm located in the US, east coast. My background is in social media content management, video editing, content creation, and project coordination. I've managed a YT brand with upwards of 160k subscribers and contributed to the generation of over 2 million views for the channel. I handled the entire post-production pipeline and produced one of the channel's highest-viewed videos. I'm quite passionate about social media and content creation.

I am in the process of turning these skills and my passion into a business. ELVTE Media: Social media content management for brands and influencers. Video editing, design, scheduling, social account management, strategy, and more. I've got the domain, a business plan, email, services outline, and I built the website.

My issue, though, is I'm not the greatest at client acquisition. I have clinically diagnosed ADHD. I'm not good at the whole prospecting/lead gen and outreach thing. At least not with consistency.

I need someone to balance out that aspect of me. Someone who doesn't hold that fault as I do.
This isn't simply "I have a product and need a guy to sell it". I need a partner. I can create scripts, systems, flyers, and collaborate on outreach. I can handle conversations on services and needs. But I need someone whose strength is in handling the half that I cannot. I can't emphasize enough that I want someone who sees this as their business too, which means ownership. Reliability, ambition, consistency, competence, ownership, and charisma are the primary traits I'm looking for. You wouldn't be starting from scratch, and you wouldn't be doing it alone.

I don't expect anything more than part time considering it of course isn't making money yet. Ideally once it does though, I'd like to split both equity and profits down the middle. I don't care about getting more of the money or owning more. I just want the thing to exist and to work.

Reach out if this at all piques your interest. Must be located in the US.
It'll be remote starting off, but I am willing to move.

Thanks, take care.

Looking for a Tech co-founder.

I’ve identified a problem that I believe can be solved with technology—and I’ve developed the concept from my own experience.

The initial product would be a **B2B data-intelligence platform**, starting in NYC, with the potential to expand into a much broader platform serving multiple industries and professions.

I’m looking for a **technical co-founder** who can help turn the concept into a working product and eventually help build the company around it.

I bring the problem, the concept, the vision, and the understanding of the use case. I’m looking for someone who can bring strong technical expertise, product development, and eventually help scale the operation.

The business has multiple potential revenue streams, and I believe there is a significant opportunity here if executed properly.

**I’m looking for a true partner—not simply a developer for hire.**

Equity is absolutely on the table for the right person. I’m also exploring seed funding as we develop the initial product.

If you're an experienced developer, technical founder, CTO, or someone who has successfully built and scaled a data/AI product and you're interested in building something from the ground up, **I'd like to talk.**

**Serious inquiries only.**

Sales/strategy guy looking to team up with builders and creative polymaths on something meaningful

I have around 3.5 years of experience across equity research, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market strategy. I’ve worked on figuring out how businesses grow, what makes markets move, and how to position something so it actually lands with the right people.
What I bring to the table:

  1. Sales and GTM strategy: positioning, market sizing, competitive analysis, figuring out where the real opportunity is

  2. Creative brainstorming: I like breaking down vague ideas into something workable, and I’m just as comfortable challenging an idea as building on it

  3. A genuine interest in working on something that matters, not just another SaaS clone chasing a quick exit

I don’t have a fixed idea yet. What I have is the skill set, the curiosity, and the bandwidth to dig in. I’m looking for creative thinkers, generalists, and polymaths who are building (or want to build) something that could genuinely be useful at scale. Could be early stage, could be just a strong idea looking for someone to help shape the go-to-market side.
If you’re working on something and think an extra strategic mind could help, or if you’re also looking for people to build with, drop a comment or DM. Happy to jump on a call and see if there’s a fit.

Looking for a technical cofounder - MVP built and pilot about to start

Hi everyone, my name is Mitch and I'm in the process of building an AI-powered senior care platform that makes daily check-in calls to seniors to assist in maintaining their independence and provide peace of mind to families who are taking care of an aging loved one. The calls are set by the family and include things such as wellness checks, medication reminders, appointment reminders, health checks, companionship calls etc. The data captured during the calls then populate a family dashboard and generate texts so the family is always kept in the loop. I've spent the last few years running a group of homecare agencies so I have a deep understanding of the industry with a broad network. I'm non technical, however I have built a full working MVP. I'm kicking off the pilot now and have realized I've hit the point where I need someone technical on board with me to help scale post pilot. I'm looking for someone who can own the product side so I can focus on the sales/marketing/operations side. Would love to chat if interested!

Seeking 2 Co-Founders To Build An NBA Debate App (1 Technical, 1 Marketing)

Hi guys, I’m based in the UK and I’m currently building an app designed for one thing: NBA debate (with the possibility of this expanding out to other sports to become a sporting debate social media platform).

I have long-term experience of being an NBA fan, I’m a strong supporter of the Milwaukee Bucks, I’ve attended NBA House which gave me insight into methods the NBA used to expand their global customer base and I’ve played the game at academy level.

I’ve argued my takes online, only to watch good opinions drown in a comments section within 20 minutes so I can personally say that I’ve identified the gap in the market and many TikTok videos saying similar things confirmed my suspicions.

I’m still at idea/concept stage without a name however I have core differentiating features in place and I have a business plan template that currently has room to consider a GTM plan alongside competitors and market research. What I don’t have is a technical co-founder to help build it or a marketing co-founder to help get the fans in and maximise user retention.

Since funding has not yet been secured, I’ve offering equity in the business so I’m looking for people who are interested in building something like this. For communication purposes and potential travel to give ourselves the best odds, would preferably want a sports fan based in the US/Canada or Europe. Feel free to DM if you want to speak more!

Looking for a co-founder (India-based) - artisan-made clothing brand, social entrepreneurship angle

I'm building a children's clothing brand - organic, artisan-made, with a genuine social entrepreneurship angle in how it's sourced. Positioned against the volume DTC brands already in this space, on slow-fashion terms. I've spent the past year on sourcing, capacity, and unit economics. Open to pivoting the exact business angle as we ramp up - the sourcing and supply chain thesis is the constant, the product format isn't fixed.

What I bring: supply chain and manufacturing expertise.

What's missing is the design and customer side. Looking for someone who brings: real clothing design experience, prior founder or startup experience, genuine hunger to make this work not just interest, and a customer-first instinct that thinks about the parent buying this, not just the product.

Practical requirements: based in India, comfortable with Excel and AI tools, and ready to ramp up on whatever else the role needs. This is early stage so expect to wear a lot of hats, not a defined job description.

If this sounds like you, or you know someone who fits, comment or DM.
