I’m looking for someone who can take the lead on setting up and running a paid Discord community centered around trading signals.

The arrangement would be:

• I provide the trading signals — essentially telling members when to buy/sell.
• You handle everything else: Discord setup, subscriptions, onboarding, moderation, marketing/advertising, and growing the community.
• I want to be relatively hands-off/passive initially, although I may become more involved later.
• No upfront payment. I’m not looking to pay a salary, hourly rate, or startup fee.
• Instead, this would be a 50/50 split of net profits between us.
• The idea is that we both have skin in the game and make money by successfully growing the community.

I’m looking for someone who has experience with Discord communities, digital marketing, paid memberships, or trading communities. You should be comfortable taking ownership of the business/operations side rather than expecting me to manage everything.

Looking for a co-founder, ideally technical, in London to build a SaaS business together

A bit about me:

- Early 30s, still got a ton of energy and ready to go all in for the right opportunity.

- Currently a VP of Marketing at one of the biggest AI scaleups in Europe. I grew very quickly from a head of function to VP, mainly because of delivering results and being very invested in the business.

- I can solve pretty much all non-technical problems: sales, marketing, distribution, customer success/support, business development and so on.

- I’ve been an employee for the last 10 years, but building something of my own has always been top of mind. I don’t romanticise this though and am fully aware of the sweat, blood and tears that come with this route.

- I’m not looking to create a massive venture-funded business. I don’t mind the venture route, but I hate unnecessary investor pressure. Ideally, we bootstrap and fully decide our own destiny and pace. This is one of the reasons I wouldn’t mind leaving my current gig.

- One of my biggest strengths is the combination of deep care, ability to figure shit out and first principles thinking. If there is a problem to be solved, I can’t sleep and will just obsess over it until it is solved.

- On a more personal note, I recently got married, do sports and have stayed active all my life. It’s one of my non-negotiables for staying sane and energised. Love listening to podcasts. Lenny’s and 20VC podcasts are among favourites.

I’m looking for a business-focused co-founder to build a consumer brand with me.

I’m currently building YOZU, a modern tea and beverage company focused on making tea feel culturally relevant, collectible, and desirable to a younger Indian audience.

My strengths are primarily on the creative and brand side.

I work across brand strategy, positioning, creative direction, content, storytelling, packaging, product concepts, and marketing.

I’m looking for someone who complements that with strong capabilities in:
