Looking for a Business-Focused Co-Founder to Build a Consumer Brand
I’m looking for a business-focused co-founder to build a consumer brand with me.
I’m currently building YOZU, a modern tea and beverage company focused on making tea feel culturally relevant, collectible, and desirable to a younger Indian audience.
My strengths are primarily on the creative and brand side.
I work across brand strategy, positioning, creative direction, content, storytelling, packaging, product concepts, and marketing.
I’m looking for someone who complements that with strong capabilities in:
• Business strategy and commercial thinking
• Unit economics and financial discipline
• Growth and distribution
• Operations and execution
• Partnerships and B2B
• Consumer research and behaviour
• Building repeatable systems
• Long term company building
I’m particularly interested in meeting women who have strong business instincts, because I think having a different perspective on consumers, culture, purchasing behaviour, and brand building could be incredibly valuable.
That said, I’m not setting gender as a requirement.
If you’re the right person, have the right capabilities, and we genuinely click as co-founders, I’m completely open to exploring it regardless of gender.
What matters much more to me is whether we complement each other, challenge each other intellectually, and can actually build together.
I’m 22, based in Gurugram, India, and currently pursuing my MBA while building.
I’m not looking for an employee, freelancer, consultant, or someone who simply wants to “join a startup.”
I’m looking for someone who wants to take ownership, make uncomfortable decisions, challenge my thinking, and build from zero.
The company is still early, which means there is a lot to figure out. It also means a potential co-founder can have a meaningful influence on what this becomes.
Ideal background could be consumer brands, D2C, food & beverage, retail, growth, consulting, finance, operations, product, or even something completely different if you have the right entrepreneurial mindset.
The most important thing is founder fit.
If this resonates, DM me with:
What you currently do
What you’ve built or worked on
What you’re particularly good at
Why you’re looking for a co-founder
What kind of company you want to build
I’m much more interested in a thoughtful conversation than a polished startup pitch.
Looking for a co-founder, not an employee.
