Hi friends.
So. The house I was cleaning out for my elderly father is done. We were promised the deposit back for my labor to clean out the house. I was there for two weeks.
The landlord is now saying he never said that.
I’m sure there’s nothing we can do but this is a warning; the landlord of 12 Allandale Ave is a scammer and is refusing to discuss anything.
He says he can’t show the place but he told us BEFORE may 1st it was already rented out.
I understand he’s is a landlord making money but he is actively lying, changing his story, and refusing to try and find a solution.
He is a liar. Point blank.
