Hello,

About a week ago I upgraded my internet service plan to 1.2gig, which came with peacock and Disney/hulu streaming. I already had Peacock through Comcast so that worked fine. I never received an activation email for Disney, and on the mysubscriptions page, Peacock shows “Active”, but Disney has no status and no activation button.
I’ve tried using a couple different browsers, including my phone. They all had the same result.
Can you help me get my Disney subscription activated?
