Monotub advice

Hi guys I've been using the grow kits in a tub now and been quite successful. I was thinking of starting a monotub grow purely for a bigger yield after seeing some of the big grows you guys get. Does anyone have any links or instructions on what I need to get started and where to get the stuff. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Mckennii harvest

I have these big guys and some little ones still, is it ok to harvest just the big ones and leave the little guys to grow more or do I need to get them all at the same time
