I want to purchase a new rod, with PE 4 rated

With only under $200. i have two different option, its either purcased shimano or daiwa rod with the specs as bellow :

Shimano grappler 2019/2025

- Ring guide : Fuji Alconite + SIC (Top Ring guide)
Note : On PE-4 , The First Guide is double foot guide, the rest is one foot guide
- Blank : Hollow
- Rod Tech : Xspiral, XhiPower
- Reel Seat : Fuji

Daiwa Specter
- Ring guide : Full Fuji SIC
Note : On PE-4 , The First and Second Guide is double Foot, the rest is single foot guide
- Blank : Hollow
- Rod Tech : X45 Carbon Wrap, HVF NanoPlus, Nano Resin
- Reel Seat : Fuji
