What are some of the best talents/systems that target allied characters?
The SSC Empress (3rd party alt frame for the SSC Emperor from The Siren Must Sing ) gains 2 overshield at the start of every turn and can target itself as if it were an allied character. This got me thinking about what the best support talents and systems might be, especially if they allow the user to target themselves. Any thoughts?
