Pixel 6a Suddenly Bricked
Hi All,
I was using my Pixel 6a normally in late december and the screen suddenly went black. Since then it has been completely unresponsive, not even drawing more than 2 watts from the wall when plugged in. If I hold the power button to turn it on I can feel the heatsink heat up, but that's the only evidence I have that it is doing literally anything internally. I have a spare battery which gives the same behavior but I don't think it was working properly (/ at all? I can't remember). Regardless I think it would behave slightly differently if the battery was totally not working and that was the issue, so am I correct in assuming it's a motherboard issue? Any troubleshooting ideas?
(not being recognized as a usb device by my computer, I have tried holding the power + vol up buttons and the power buttons, tried hitting the power button 3 times and then holding, all same behavior [heats up an does nothing else.] battery never heats up.)
