I ran the numbers a few days ago I think it came to 8.7% give or take.

I’ve never had a lease, and may not even proceed with a lease yet as I’m not sure if it even makes sense financially in the end, but the 46% tax rates killing me inside so thought I’d follow the rest and get it checked on here.
