I am 22 y/o currently working at MNC Company deployed at Banking environtment as IT Helpdesk, has been working for 1 year and I am looking to job hop to increase my knowledge and experience. The thing is, I only have diploma and no extra certs to back it up (but I am planning to)

what's the expected increment should I give to my next employer? In my current job I even sometimes cover my L2 Jobs but I dont want to be too greedy. Any tips and guidance?

Extra: I am looking for SOC/NOC job specifically. If I cant land those I can take IT Infra as a stepping stone to set me up for SOC/NOC.
