Scratches on new carbon steerer - shop says its from removing a display stem. Also has a little recession in the carbon, which the manufacturer has said is epoxy fill discrepancy and doesn't affect warranty. Thoughts?
My fingernail can slightly catch in the main vertical scratch. Most of this will probably be chopped down anyway, but the very bottom of it, including some of that recession will likely still be there.
