Got Featherlite Optima. Backrest feels too upright.
Went to featherlite store, checked Amaze, Optima, Helix. Decided to go with Optima.
When the chair was delivered, there was an issue with armrest and lumbar support . They took the chair back and delivered another yesterday.
After the chair was assembled, noticed few issues.
Gap between the seat and arm rest was not same on both sides. It was rectified by the technician after pointing it out.
I feel the back rest is too upright, when I sit against the mesh, my back pushes the mesh slightly inside causing the shoulder to lean forward due to the frame.
I'll have to go back to the store and verify if it's the case with only my chair.
