ITIL5 Accept to fail - which dimension?

I'm studying for itil 5 using practise exams, mainly because im dyslexic and find this the easiest way to learn, sit them, questions I fail look up then move on, however im getting conflicting information on accept to fail.

On it exams it says its organisationsand people , on udemy it says its value streams and processes. Who is wrong? When I try and search i find justifications for both. Its really hurting my head not being able to find a concrete answer.

Edit: studying for Itil foundation v5

Scopley admitted colour wheel prizes are predetermined

So I kept rolling the same cash amount on the wheel, had it 5 times in a row so I closed the hame when I had one spin left, reopened game and spin was gone however some stickers were credited to my account, I contacted support to complain about both, they start of telling me that the prizes are random just like any wheel and it was just bad luck I got the same prize 5 times in a row.

But then argued about how I didn't miss any spins, they then admit there is a bug where the spin doesn't come up if the game closes but you still get the prize. I got 150 dice as a sorry gift.

They aren't even hiding the game is cooked now.

If so get on Discord and vote in the blitz poll, only 2 hours left and its close to a three way tie.

Of course vote for what you need, but I do hope Transformed is on the blitz , I'm still 5 gold out and not had a single one I need make it to a blitz this season.

Gold missing in set 24

With the amount of 5 star gold in set 24 and the wild coming up I thought it was a good idea to start a thread for people to post their set 24 status so we can workout the rarest 5 star golds in that set to use wilds on that are less likely to come up in a blitz.

Note: this is a repost as I did say all 5 star golds but then realised you can only upload one photo.

We have had our 2026 ID.4 for just under 2 months, so far love the car and haven't really had any glitches, until possibly today.

Was driving along and the car went into 22mph speed limiter, had no idea what was happening at first, I can't rule out that the mode button wasn't accidentally touched, but I don't think it was.

However then a short while later the car started calling sos by itself as driving along, I can confirm nothing was accidentally pressed. I've read of cases on older models this being a fault with either the button or 12v battery.

Has anyone seen these glitches at all? Kind of concerning happening whilst driving.
