Dexcom G6 giving false hypos when sleeping
Basically the title. 2-3 times a night, I’m getting crazy false hypos that appear very similar to a false pressure low, but the issue is that there’s no way it’s pressure low.
I’ve been approved to wear the g6 on the back of my upper arm. I am a side sleeper, so I just sleep on one side exclusively for the duration of each sensor, and I’ve never had this issue before. I know for certain that I am not turning over in my sleep onto the sensor.
Any ideas on what’s going on? Do I just need to switch to the new sensor early? I just want to sleep through the night and not have a panic attack at waking up to alarms telling me I’m 48⬇️ when I’m actually 94➡️.
