FOURTH& Condominiums info
I’m looking for a place to buy in East Austin (78702) <375k and found a few units at FOURTH&. Anyone live/lived there or have any anecdotal information about it? The prices seem about as reasonable as the area gets, but I’m weary of HOA mismanagement or other potential issues.
