I really want to visit Krakow on this trip. I thought about a train to Warsaw for a day or two and then train to Vilnius, but that is adding a lot of travel time on this trip.

I would rather fly from Krakow to Vilnius, and then travel by train/bus between each Baltic country.

Either adding a day trip from Tallinn to Helsinki or ending the trip and flying home in Helsinki.

Thoughts or recommendations on any of this?

I’m starting Wegovy pill the first week of August and I’m nervous about how big of a lifestyle change this is going to affect?

Will I be throwing up a lot?
I feel like this will debilitate me
