I just tried Pakhan combined with the Salvo holster out of curiosity and oh my god...

My build:

1. Tipping Scales (mask, chest, backpack, kneepads)

2. Overdogs

3. Salvo

4. Pakhan (damage to armor attribute)

It has the fire rate of bullet king while maintaining the big boy damage of Pakhan. I was hitting 1 million crits even with really very little stacks. At max stacks I was deleting named elites like normal difficulty adds. It was less accurate and stable than bullet king, and needed to be reloaded but tipping scales stacks gave a lot of handling. The fire rate being similar to bullet king means it is similarly ammo efficient at the end of the day, unlike big Al. Seriously lmg bros you need to try this out.
