I‘m having tickets transferred to me but both the email and the transfer in my account don’t show any details about the tickets. They don’t show the game, date, location, nothing. All it shows is that someone transferred tickets from an email address and tells me to accept or reject them. I don’t want to accept the tickets without knowing for sure what they are. Has anyone had this problem and is there a fix?
