What am I doing wrong?

Issue: I cannot get rid of my lower belly fat.

Age: 48, Male

Regiment: Work out 5 days/ week

Diet: 1500 calories/daily. Clean protein and carbs

Stack: 5mg Reta - every 5 days

2mg Tesa - 5 days on/ 2 off. Fasted in AM

300mcg CJC/IPAM - 5 days on/ 2 off. Fastest in AM

2mg BPC-157 + TB-500 - Daily

2mg Testosterone/ weekly

Timeline: 3 months and counting

Any advice what I can do to get rid if this stubborn fat?
