I emailed the College of Science for a reconsideration in UST. I asked them about particular requirements and procedures when asking for a reconsideration, they were quick to reply and I was able to comply with them asking for a copy of my USTET results. The image provided was their reply. I understand it as the priority program i had picked was BS Nursing, while the secondary was BS Medical Technology both from different colleges and faculties.

What should I do next after their reply email?

I would also note that I emailed the Faculty of Pharmacy about the same thing I said with COS, but I have yet to receive a response from them.
