I'm hiring one person for one job: finding prospects on Instagram and sending them outbound DMs.

What you do:

• Find leads on Instagram following the exact criteria I train you on
• Send them outbound DMs. Copy, personalize one line, send. The script is written for you
• That's it. When someone replies, my system takes over. You never sell, never answer questions, never handle objections, never get on calls

Schedule:

• 5 days a week, 2-3 hours per day
• Consistency matters more than hours. Same time every day beats random bursts

What you need:

• Comfortable using Instagram
• Reliable internet and the ability to follow a process exactly as written
• Basic written English (you're sending prepared messages, not writing essays)

Pay:

• $250/month base
• 3-5% per close on a high-ticket offer ($2000-$5000). A consistent month puts total comp meaningfully above base
• Paid monthly, bonuses paid with base
