Quiting Nicotine

Hi all, Im currently in the process of quiting Nicotine and Im incredibly stressed from back to back midterms and uni assignments, paired with an insatiable appetite I find myself constantly looking for something to chew or snack on.

Unfortunately Im not in the US so I don't have access to all the cool sugar free things, so it's been crazy amounts of carrots, celery, cucumbers and fruits but they are just not doing the trick ,I get more than 1g of protein per lb of body weight so food isn't the issue so much as wanting to keep my mouth busy.

Any suggestions would be a world of help!
