A certain website and a premium b.0.t have repeatedly processed mysterious refunds without my consent. I’m not sure if this is the cause, but my account rating has dropped, and on top of that, I’m currently unable to purchase “Telegram Stars,” which is causing me a great deal of trouble.

Furthermore, my profile displays this message, instructing me to spend 12,500 Stars to resolve this issue.

(I withheld the name of the website that issued the refund.)

From the 21st to the 22nd, I purchased 3,705 Stars, and on the 22th, I paid for the site’s Premium Plan. After that, the Premium b.0.t suddenly processed a refund of -1,250, and after I received a total refund of 4,950 from the site, the Premium b.0.t processed another refund of -2,500.　For some reason, these exchanges happened all of a sudden....

I've already contacted Telegram's customer support several times, but I haven't received a reply yet....And I’ve also already contacted the site I subscribe to, but I still haven’t received a reply.

I have absolutely no idea what to do, so I'd like to ask someone for help.
