I want to start becoming a dev but I struggling to find resources for new devs and I'm getting confused on code

I am trying to learn how to code and model but I am really struggling at finding resources to start learning faster and more in depth

could anyone share resources that they maybe used?

one of my closest friends is 15 and is going to turn 16 in September while another one of my friends is dating him and is 13 and will turn 14 in July and another post here made me question the acceptability of it
