Poor Leadership
I have been at Meijer for about two months now and I am specifically in planogram, but I do help out pricing on Wednesdays to put up ads. But there is one problem.. there is only 3 of us who do this in the entire store.
Ever since I came in, management in GM and the store director has been on our ass's about them not being put up in time. I do understand the urgency about them being needing to be up but why don't they help? I see them walking around or sitting in their leadership office chit-chating most of the day.
My main question is, is this the norm here at Meijer? To be so short staffed in one area that should have an "all hands on deck" approach acted like its only a 3 person job? Also that Super Day Sale last week, we wasn't even told about those tags needing to be put up UNTIL the morning of the 9th.
