AITA for not apologizing to my dad?

Okay, so my sister, 14F made plans to meet with her friends at the park not too far from us. He said instead of her walking there, he would take her. He asked who would stay with our little sister because he assumed I wasn't at home, but my sister clarified and told him I would, and he agreed, but told her to wait for him to finish eating, cool. After some time, our little sister said she also wanted to go out with my other sister to the park so she then went to our dad and told him, he said ok. A lot of time passed, and my sister was getting impatient because at this point, our dad had already finished eating and had been sitting on the couch watching TV. She went up to him and asked if he was still going to be taking them to the park, but this time he ignored her completely. My sister, already pissed off at this point, started crying, and I heard her. I went downstairs and asked her what the issue was, and she explained everything to me. She tried to ask our dad again, but he started getting annoyed (for no reason??) He started getting mad at her for asking, and I, as her older sister, obviously saw where she was coming from and tried to solve the problem. He then told her that she wouldn't be going anywhere anymore and I was confused, so I asked him, "For what? What happened?" Because I was again, confused! I did not say it with any attitude, mind you, because I was genuinely trying to figure out why. He then got extremely angry and yelled at me and even cussed me out. It was a whole thing that my sister ran out the house because everything escalated so much. My mom came back home and we told her everything and she told US to apologize to my dad. Me and my sister could litterly both see that my mom knew my dad was in the wrong but she kept trying to justify his actions and us apologizing by saying he is our father. Its been a few days and my sister agreed to apologize just to keep peace cus we haven't spoken to him for a few days but I said I wouldnt be apologizing because idk what i would be apologizing for. AITA for not apologizing?
