Amy exhaustion is too real

Idk why but amy’s tired energy hits way harder on rewatch than it did the first time. like she’s alwayys doing 12 things at once and still getting dragged into chaos she didn’t even start. there’s a moment where she’s just standing there processing everything and it feels more relatavble than the actual jokes sometimes lol. i feel like the show does a good job of making her exhaustion feel funny but also kind of accurate for anyone juggling too much. did anyone else start noticing how often she’s just mentally buffering in the background of scenes?

Cardio kicks my ass

I started doing cardio again recently and i swear my lungs file for bankruptcy after like ten minutes. i’m trying to stay consistent instead of going too hard and quitting after a week like usual. kinda curious how people actually improve endurance without feeling destroyed every workout. any beginner tips that helped cardio suck less for you?
