How often do you replace your 78a outdoor wheels?

For about five years, I've used the same set of Radar Energy 62s for outdoors. They have held up beautifully, no coning, no tears. Love them! I don't know if it is psychosomatic or if it's legit, but do these things dry out and become more slippery? Less apt at riding over debris? Or is it mental just coming back into skate season? Should I replace them?
