Just can‘t get the pressure right
Hey guys,
I‘ve been trying to learn how to play guitar and I‘m having so much fun. (electronic with headphones if that matters)
I started out just learning how to strum and now I moved onto picking. I‘m just trying riffs I really enjoy listening to.
I am getting progressively better at placing my fingers in the right fret and picking the right string, though I just can‘t seem to manage to hold the pressure down while changing frets. A lot of the notes come out sounding tortured and half baked.
Are there any good exercises/tricks/tips you guys can give me to improve?
